A classic French dessert made with a crisp puff pastry base and caramel glazed choux pastry. It is filled with two traditional creams: a vanilla custard and a light Chantilly cream. Our version is complemented with a raspberry coulis and a few fresh raspberries for a bright, fruity finish.
